Sausage making at home can be great fun and very rewarding. Ultimately you have complete control over what ingredients go into your sausages and you know they are going to be tastier than you average supermarket variety.
There are may different sausage making machines available these days. The newer ones are electric and have the meat grinder and the sausage stuffer or tubes included so you can do both. Some machines just stuff the sausages and you have to use a separate meat grinder to prepare your meat stuffing.
